I Like My Comedies

I like to laugh since I do, I like comedies. I realize that this genre is not for everyone. I know a few people who don’t like them. To be fair there is a difference between a movie with some laughs and a comedy. Comedies are supposed to have laughs all the way through. I like to laugh and have fun while watching a movie. Remember how I said movies are boring? Yeah, I also said comedies are the only movies I can watch all the way through.
I have a select few movies that are just stupid and not all that funny. Like those parodies of fifteen movies in one, those tend to be gross and just really stupid. I do like some of them on the first watch they are okay, but during watches two and three not so much.
Comedies with a lot of gross humor are not good for the movie. But that a whole different thing for a different post. I know how I like my comedies.
Laughing should be genuine. If I force laughs, which happens when other people are laughing and I laugh too, that means the movie is not funny. But laughing is medicine. Laughing helps you feel better when you’re sad. I love to laugh. I will likely marry a man who can make me laugh.
Other genres can be good for laughs, but not as much as comedies. Comedies make me laugh and laughing is good for the soul. Don’t you think so?
